Customers. When you order, we collect your name, email, billing details and metro choice so we can bill you and deliver your files. We use your email to share your Google Drive folder and to send service notices. We do not sell customer information.

This website. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no ads or analytics scripts. Our web host keeps standard server logs.

People in public records. Our files are built from public government records about permits, contractor businesses and properties. We do not include owner names, phone numbers or email addresses, and we do not skip trace. If you believe a record about your property should be removed from our files, email hello@citysignalsdata.com with the address and we will exclude it from future files.
