Who we are. City Signals Data is an independent data business based in Nevada ("we"). Contact: hello@citysignalsdata.com.

What you buy. A subscription to a weekly data file for the metro you choose when you order, delivered to a shared Google Drive folder each Monday. The file holds business and property-level data from public government records. It holds no owner names, phone numbers or email addresses.

Billing. Monthly ($150) or yearly ($490) plans renew automatically until you cancel. We bill by invoice; card payments are handled by our payment processor and we never see your full card number.

Cancel and refunds. Cancel anytime from the billing portal link in your receipt; access continues to the end of the paid period. If we fail to deliver your first weekly file within 10 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund. Otherwise periods already started are not refunded.

Allowed use. Marketing, sales prospecting and market research by your own business. You may not resell or republish the file as a data product. You must follow the Data use rules, including the FCRA limits and your own TCPA, Do-Not-Call and CAN-SPAM compliance.

Accuracy. Data is copied from public records as published. Government sources contain errors and delays. The file is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

Changes. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Nevada law governs.
