New contractor license list: Washington and Oregon contractors licensed this week

Washington Labor and Industries and the Oregon Construction Contractors Board publish their contractor-license registries as open data. Our Contractor License Signals tool reads them on every run and returns businesses that were just licensed, along with suspensions and insurance or bonds about to expire. Individuals and sole proprietors are dropped, so you get businesses only.
